Living with diabetes can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be a journey that you travel alone. This passion stems from the belief that everyone deserves access to the tools, resources, and encouragement needed to live their healthiest, happiest life.

Services I Offer:

Phlebotomy Service: Convenient and professional blood drawing services in the comfort of your own home, or at my regular Monday Sessions in Freckleton, making regular monitoring easier and hassle-free.

Diabetes Coaching: Personalized, one-on-one coaching sessions with Maureen, an experienced professional who understands the complexities of diabetes management. She is here to provide guidance, motivation, and practical strategies tailored to your unique needs.

Education: Knowledge is power, especially when it comes to diabetes. I believe that there are comprehensive educational resources covering everything from meal planning and exercise tips to medication management and glucose monitoring, Which empower you to take control of your health. This education I can provide.

Motivation: Sometimes all it takes is a listening ear and a supportive voice to keep you on track. My motivation sessions offer personalized encouragement and accountability, helping you stay motivated and focused on your wellness goals.

The above three; Coaching, Education and Motivation all come within all my sessions be it virtual or face to face, within a virtual group or 1:1.
