By accessing the website or using the services provided, you (“YOU”) are entering into a contract and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out below.

Scope of Services
- The Diabetes Conversation Education Programme provides online education, coaching, and support.
- It does not replace GP/Diabetes Team care.
Booking & Payment
- Reserving a place begins the agreement.
- Payment is made securely (e.g., Square).
- Prices may change in line with company costs.
Cancellations & Refunds
- You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Payments already made are non‑refundable, but access continues until the end of the paid period.
- No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
- Refunds only considered in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors.
Launch Promotion
- First 100 sign‑ups receive 6 months at half‑price.
- After this, subscriptions continue at the standard rate unless cancelled.
Payment Timing
- Payments begin just before launch (Spring 2026).
- Participants will receive a notification email in advance.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
- GDPR‑compliant, ICO registered.
- Data shared only with GP/Diabetes Team with consent or urgent referral.
Review Cycle
- Last updated December 2025.
- Reviewed quarterly.
Privacy Policy
Information Collected
- Name, email, phone, booking details, health info (optional, if relevant), Mailchimp sign‑ups.
Use of Information
- Programme communication.
- Booking management.
- Anonymised feedback for improvement and funder reporting.
Storage & Security
- Encrypted, GDPR‑compliant, ICO registered.
- Mailchimp CRM used securely.
Sharing
- Never sold or shared with third parties.
- Shared with GP/Diabetes Team only with consent or urgent referral.
Rights
- Access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion (subject to legal/medical requirements).
