I am a member of the Forth Partner Programme who are an accredited Pathology Company, to bring you the opportunity to have bloods taken when and where it is convienent for you.

You have the choice of coming to Freckleton on a Monday or else within your own home, as and when we are in your area. The Diabetes Lady covers a radius of 20 miles from Preston.

I do not charge any extra for the mileage.

So that it is logistically viable, I have arranged set days to be in your area to make it so much simpler.

It is best to book your Blood Test from Monday to Thursday.  This for logicstical reasons, it also helps both you and The Diabetes Lady, if you also a week in advance to ensure we are in receipt of your Blood Test, from Forth.

The Monday to Thursday timeline is set by Foth Pathology units to ensure you receive your results quickly.

If you only require blood taking as you have already purchased the blood test elsewhere, choose 'Phlebotomy'

Cancellations must have at least 48 hours notice, as you will still be charged.
